Founded by Dr. Mansi Mehta (PT), a certified Ergonomist and Physiotherapist with over 13 years of clinical experience and more than 1.5 lakh patients treated, MyErgonomy was born from years of listening, learning, and helping people in pain. After 13 years of seeing how posture habits and lifestyle choices silently shape pain, Dr. Mehta set out to make a difference — by building solutions that extend her clinical expertise into everyday living.
