Inside Sales Executive Intern
As an Inside Sales Intern, you’ll be the voice of MyErgonomy to prospective customers. You’ll engage leads, explain our products, and help people find ergonomic solutions that genuinely improve their wellbeing.
You’ll also work closely with our marketing and community teams to turn curious visitors into loyal customers — and loyal customers into advocates of the ergonomic movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert interest into sales
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right myErgonomy solutions
- Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
- Assist in planning and executing inside sales campaigns (for both B2C and B2B)
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately
- Support customer engagement during promotions, events, or product launches
- Collect feedback and insights from customers to improve our sales strategy
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Enthusiastic, confident, and self-driven personality
- Interest in health, ergonomics (a big plus!)
- Comfortable working with Excel/Sheets, and email platforms
- Problem-solver who enjoys building genuine customer connections
- Students or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
